It’s not too late to join Donny Wals’ Getting started with Core Data in a SwiftUI app workshop tomorrow - only a few more spots left! Also, the Architecting SwiftUI Apps Using MVVM Design Pattern workshop has been rescheduled for tomorrow, so you still have a chance to join. Again, only a few more spots left!
Finally, next week we are excited to have Mustafa Yusuf back to teach you how to Leverage the Power of CloudKit. Don’t miss this workshop, as tickets are going fast.
Hope to see you there!
Leverage the Power of CloudKit
Did you ever have an app idea, but you thought you’d need a backend developer for it? Maybe you just needed CloudKit. In this workshop, you will be learning to build a CloudKit based app which will touch upon a lot of concepts from storing, fetching, notification subscriptions and syncing data seamlessly across the whole Apple ecosystem.
Getting started with Core Data in a SwiftUI app
In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of using Core Data. You’ll add Core Data to an existing app (from scratch), and you’ll learn how you can efficiently add data to a Core Data store and retrieve it later.
Architecting SwiftUI Apps Using MVVM Design Pattern
There is no “C” in SwiftUI! By default SwiftUI apps do not come with controllers. You can add a controller but the declarative nature of SwiftUI advocates the use of MVVM Design Pattern. In this session you will learn the MVVM design pattern and how it can be incorporated into SwiftUI apps. You are also going to learn about state management in SwiftUI using state, observableObject, application and state object.
